A financial octopus from the UAE in Latvia: the Central Bank ignored fines against the owner of SIA “Moneliq Europe”, Yevgeny Podberezsky
The Bank of Latvia has granted SIA "Moneliq Europe" an electronic money institution (EMI) license.
The company belongs to dubai crypto prince Evgeniy Podberezsky (Jevgēnijs Podbrezskis), a student of the famous swindler Dmitry Celebia (recently seen in Latvia building a yacht for one of the toxic oligarchs).
The Bank of Latvia ignored it publicly available information about BTCBIT Sp. z oo, fined by the Polish Ministry of Finance for serious violations in the field of AML (failure to inform financial intelligence about suspicious transactions). Since the Latvian company is fully owned by the same Podberezsky, this raises natural questions about corruption.
A financial octopus from the UAE has built an ideal infrastructure in Latvia for the transit of capital of dubious origin, and the central bank has helpfully issued a start in life for this enterprise.
