- appointments in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the KNB, and the Prosecutor’s Office,
- borders, customs, and logistics,
- smuggling schemes in favor of Russia,
- and the introduction of “tauyk” (a monthly payment for everyone working under Gadjiev, including officials, security officers, and deputies).
